HIT: Outdated cd-roms

There were not many uses suggested for old cd-roms!  Most of you are
using them for mobiles.  Some people use them as backs/frames for
snapshots of staff and then display them in the library.  Another
suggestion was to hang them in the garden as flashing deterrents to
assorted varmints.  One suggestion was to cut them up and use the pieces
for jewelry, but when our welding teacher tried cutting one it shattered
into shards that flew all over my office, so I am not sure I recommend
this idea.
