GEN: Web page software

        I would appreciate your recommendations for software for making
Web pages.  Please give considerations to ease of use for teachers
wanting to create a class web page that might incorporate scanned
images of photos or student work as well as text and graphics.
        I will post a hit for anyone else who might be interested.
