Cable TV in your school district

Our school district has two cable TV channels which we are currently
using for school board meetings, ITV, replaying of athletic events,
graduation, etc.  We are reviewing our policies and procedures for using
the channels and want to expand to include student productions.

Would anyone who has a similar situation be willing to share any
policies you have regarding usage, quality of programming, etc.?  Thank
you very much.
