There have been a couple of letters mentioning problems getting in to the
LC site for cataloging.  I don't know what address you have been trying to
access, but I do know that the following one works.  It is the
experimental site, and seems very complete, and is VERY easy to use.

The url is http://lcweb2.loc.gov/resdev/ess/

I tried it just before writing this letter and I connected without any
problem.
