Job oppurtunities???

Hi everyone!
I am a fairly new member, and what I have seen so far has been great.  I
am currently a library science student, with hopes of landing a job as a
school media spcialist by the start of the '99 school year.  I currently
work at a high school, but need to find a better paying job (ugh).  I was
wondering if anyone in the NewYork City/Long Island area had any ideas for
me, if anyone has heard of anything, or know of any library/computer
related job newsletters?  Any help would be greatly appreciated...
