Tech: At Ease order #

I am writing on behalf of our lower grade computer teacher.  She has At
Ease 3 on her Macs and no matter how she tries to follow the instruction
she has been given to block out the control panel and hard drive she
cannot succeed in doing so.  Someone has told her she needs a later
version of At Ease, such as 3.? She can't remember what the second number
was.  But, she can find nowhere to order At Ease.  The
ones she has came in her software bundle when she bought the computers.

Does anyone have a telephone number or address she could try?

Does anyone know how to solve the problem with the At Ease 3 she has?  I
am afraid I don't know which Macs she has.  The 5,000something.  It might
be 5260.

She is feeling very frustrated and I want to impress her with the
knowledge this group has.
