TARGET: Library Survey

Dear All:

After a frustrating search of the LM_NET archives, I found that while many
have requested samples of surveys done of student and faculty, few have
posted responses.

We have recently renovated the facility and automated the catalog.  The
Library Committee would like to survey both students and faculty about
their interactions with the Library and it's resources.

I promise to post a HIT (or some response) in the near future.
