GEN:request for Merlin

I have had a request from a teacher inquiring whether the Merlin TV
movie which was on last night and tonight is ok to tape.  I said that
unless the network has given educational rights, it's the standard
videotaping guidelines.  Does anyone know if NBC has given educational
rights or if videotapes of  it will be sold?
