National Foundation for the Humanities

We were able to get  2 authors from the National Foundation for the
Humanities.  The authors who are awarded fellowships have to do some
sort of community service.

They were delighted when we called looking for authors to come to our
school for National Library Week.  They sent two young authors who read
from their works.  What an inspiration to authors in the making - our
high school students!  Good Luck
