Elem: Icelandic Recipe needed

One of my students (4th grade) is doing a report on Iceland.  He needs a simple to 
prepare recipe that is commonly served in Iceland. He can have an adult help him 
read the recipe and prepare the food. I have nothing.  Does anyone out there have a 
recipe or can you recomend a source? Oh yes, he needs to serve it next Tuesday.  TIA
