Tech: Novell vs NT

We are planning to wire our school and there is discussion whether to use
Novell or NT.  We have a larger Mac lab than an IBM library.

I would appreciate some input on your feelings pro and con about either
system.  Since we would have to pay per hour for tech support, we are
interested in one that would not require an excessive amount of tech
support.

Thanks in advance for any help.  It seems like all I have done this month
is ask for help and I always get it.  I am continually amazed how many
people take the time to answer a request and appreciate it tremendously.
