Mentoring Programs - Info needed

My school district is looking at bringing students and caring adults
together in a mentoring program as one of the components of our
strategic plan.

If anyone has any information about mentoring programs in their school
districts (successful or unsuccessful - we want to know the benefits and
the pitfalls) please email me with the information.

Include contact people, email addresses,  regular addresses and
phone/FAX numbers of the individuals  so our team may contact them.
