LM_NET: Library Media Networking

When I turn on my Mac 6115, I hear the chime and the hard drive tries to
start up but nothing happens.  The monitor is on but the screen is still
dark -- no happy Mac, no sad Mac, no question mark.  There is power to the
computer, but nothing else.

During the day, both the power cord and telephone line were disconnected so
a power surge wasn't possible.  Any advice would be appreciated.
Fortunately I still have my old LCII so I can stay in touch.
