TARGET: Unique evaluation tool for librarians?

The librarians in our district are advocating that an additional tool for
evaluating us be implemented/added to the current document used.  Right now,
we are evaluated solely on our teaching skills, like the rest of the staff.
We want something that,in addition, will evaluate other aspects of our
program: personnel management, record-keeping, collection development, etc.

Is anyone out there evaluated on these additional items?  Do you have any
examples to share?  We are hoping to discuss this at a meeting on May 4th.
Any help is much appreciated!
