Dear colleagues<

Martin Gansberg is the author of a short story that appears in
our 10th
grade lit. textbook. The teacher assigned students to find some
background on him. I tried a couple books, and then turned to the
Internet. After 1/2 hour of searching on several major search engines,
I found nothing except the short story title. Can you help? TIA.

I am sorry if this is a second post, but since I got no response
whatsoever, I thought I may have done something wrong in my transmission
of the message. Either that or this author is very tough to locate!
Would one of you check the latest Contemporary Authors, as I did find in
the back of the text that he is American, born in 1920. I stopped my CA
collection several years due to the cost of upkeep. TIA
