Library Fund Raising

Dear LM_NETTERS,

I am trying to find a new means of raising funds for my library.  My
book fair profits are dwindling more each year, and they are so labor
intensive that I'd like to find an alternative if possible.  Do any of
you do something different or can you direct me to a website that
might
have some good ideas?  Your help is greatly appreciated.
