Title request

I was at our county's Media Specialist meeting touting the benefits of
belonging to LM_Net (only two of us and our supervisor are subscribers) and
of course someone decided to put it (you) to the test.  :-)

Can you help me find a juvenile (middle school) book title?  It's about 3
boys who find and explore a cave.  One of them gets hurt.

That's all she gave me to go on...
