Re: Cataloging long titles

Several people reminded me that there are Marc tags for alternate titles.
Unfortunately, this doesn not really solve the problem.  Many automation
systems will search all title tags but on lists, will list everything by the
main title (in either the 130, 240, or 245 tags, depending on the system).
Even when all the alternate titles appear in the list, it's still confusing to
the patron, because it looks like you have more titles that you really have.
