GEN: vcard attachment?

Lately I have been getting attachments in my temporary file when certain
people write e-mail to me.  Is there any way to turn this off?  Tell me
all about it if you know--I missed something I guess.  They look like this
at the end of an e-mail message:

Attachment Converted: C:\TEMP\Name.vcf

What does vcf stand for?
