GEN:Sea or Ocean theme decorating ideas

Hi everyone,
Our school theme this year is "Sail Into Success...Get An Education".  Does
anyone have any suggestions for decorating the media center or bulletin
boards.  I am going to try to find blue material, paper or something to
make wave from the ceiling.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
