Hello again, fellow netters. I am faced with a situation that I had not
thought about and am making a list of pros and cons. I'm hoping your
input will help me make the best decision for me.

I am at a year round school which started Monday. Another opening in
the district opened up today. Both are media specialist jobs. One has
longer class times, but less classes; Computer lab for teaching computer
things, whereas where I am I can't utilize the lab because of mold and
mildew problems. One is a newer school and the one I'm in has alot of
mold and mildew problems throughout - which I am allergic to. This
caused several sick days last year. This will be my second year in the
district. The teachers where I am are supportive, the principal . . .
The other school, the principal has a great reputation, but the teachers
have problems amonght themselves. My question to you is, what is more
important: The relationship with the principal or the relationship with
the teachers?
Thanks for your input in advance. The other school starts next week, so
I'm sure this will be a quick decision.
