SEC: Comparative Government and Politics Titles

Hi all - welcome back!

An AP History teacher at my school is looking for comparative government
and politics titles for the following countries:

Mexico
China
Nigeria (any web sites for Nigeria, too)
England/Great Britain
France
Russia (former Soviet republics)

He has a text book and many web sites (except Nigeria), but is looking for
supplementary readings we can put in the library for him.

The caveat is that they must be current (1990s) as the AP exam tests on
information only three to five years old.
