TARGET, ELEM-MID:Morning tv program

Hi Everyone,
We are in the planning stages of getting a morning tv program together.  I
would like some suggestions for formats, ideas, etc. that any of you have
found successful in the production of a morning show.  I know this has been
done before.  I went to the LM-NET achives and did a search for "morning
show'.  Can anyone give any tips on locating this information in the archives.
