TECH: Filter that includes e-mail

We have had to shutdown e-mail access to our elementary students because
some of them received xxx-rated messages.
We have the Cyberpatrol Filter.  It does not allow you to filter incoming
e-mail messages.

Does anyone know of a filter that does?
