Library curriculum books and creating "hits"

I have two questions to ask.
One, are there any textbooks, workbooks, or other that exists to teach
students library skills.  I will have three classes of 5th and 6th graders
everyday and would like some lesson ideas (these students will not be
coming in with a class, they will be my students and I will grade them).

Two, I have been asked to create a hit of the responses I received
concerning my webpage creation question.  How do I do this?
