GEN: can vision running out of barcodes, HELP!

This is my third year in this library and I just placed my second order for
new barcodes.  I can see that at the rate I'm going, I'll get beyond the
range the district thought I'd use when they set up the system.  I am
looking at the lower end of the range with lots of now-unused barcodes due
to lost books and discards, but few are in blocks big enough to be able to
print out new ones.  I have Follett's Unison and it has no provision for
printing barcodes (can buy a program for over $350). I realize I should
have been cutting barcodes off magazines I  discarded, but too late to
remedy that now.

What do you do?
