Tech: netscape

I am running Netscape Communicator on Windows 95 and I need to download a
png file.  Can someone tell me how to do that?  Also, how do I find out
which version of communicator I have?

I have been trying to create puzzles with puzzlemaker.com and they don't
work and I think it is because I need a png file.
