SEC: Closed Campus

I have a question for you high school folks out there (I know it isn't
library specific, but I am on the Building Planning team and need some
advice:
        Does your school have an open campus? How do you manage it (ie:
seniors only can leave; honor students, etc?)
        Was your school open campus and now it is closed?  Has the change
helped the problems that were occuring?
        Are you considering changing your school campus policy?  What problems
are you having?  What solutions have you arrived at?

Thanks for your input.  I look forward to any/all ideas!
