Gen.:Crutcher's book concern

I had a teacher just return Chinese Handcuffs by Chris Crutcher.  She
read the book over the weekend and was concerned with the
appropriateness of the book.  I have not read the book yet.  Have any of
you read the book?  What was your reaction to the book?
