I am having a slight problem with AR test blocking......I hope someone
can help.

My teachers would like to restrict students from taking tests on books
that are lower than one grade level below the student's
grade...example... 4th graders can only take 3.0 R.L tests and above.
The problem is with students that are way below their grade level in
reading. These students get blocked as well....is there any EASY way to
block whole groups of students and exclude a few?
We have tried blocking grade 4 and then placing a different rule for the
other students....but the grade 4 rule overrides our new rule. We would
like to avoid having to create a rule for each individual student....we
have 400 on the program.
Any ideas...they would be greatly appreciated.
