Library Meetings

Hi,

I am gathering some information regarding district or divisional library
meetings. If you have some time today, could you let me know:

a) what is the purpose of these meetings?
b) how often do you meet and how long do these meetings last?
c) who is involved and attends these meetings?
d) what is the format of your meetings?
e) who prepares these meetings?
f) how do you feel these meetings meet your needs in being able to do your
job?
