Tech; Internet Service Providers

I have been trying to search for this answer, but have not been able to
find it.  Is there an internet service provider that allows you to use
the same service rather at home or at a vacation house for two to three
months a year without paying for two services?  Is there a provider that
allows use of an 800 number?  Thanks for any help.  Hope everyone is
having a great vacation!
