crawdads/crayfish

Hey, happy holidays, all!  A query for next September, but I thought I'd start
now.  Our fifth grades do a big unit on crayfish (my folks are from Oklahoma,
I can't help calling them crawdads...)  Does anyone know reference works?
Titles?  Stories?  I just looked in  Children's Books in Print, and the Suject
guide to picture books--no luck there.   Should I write one?
