Video Prog. Eval. HELP!

Dear Friends, I need to be able to evaluate how teachers use vidoes and
whether or nto it makes a difference to the learning that goes on in a
classroom. Does anyoen have an idea of where I could get such an
evaluation instrument?  This is urgetn.  HTanks so much.
