Several people have indicated problems with accidental or intentional use of the Windows key, or the keyboard shortcuts, with DOS (typically circulation) software running under Windows95. I have found a solution. First, the application must be started via a shortcut. If this isn't true, change it so that it is. Right click on the shortcut. Left click Properties Left click the Misc tab From here, the mouse substitute shortcut keys can be disabled. Alt+Tab (hold the Alt, repeatedly key Tab to select among open applications; I leave it. Alt+Esc (I don't know; I took it out) Ctl+Esc brings up the start menu ... the same as the Windows key; this is the one you want to disable. PrintScreen's situation depends on your local desires; I BELIEVE it works if the application is in FullScreen mode. If in a window, it copies the full screen to the (graphics) clipboard. Alt+PrintScreen, in Windows, copies the currently active window to the (graphics) clipboard. Alt+Enter toggles between full screen and windowed modes; I leave it. Alt+Spacebar brings up the application's file menu; I personally use it a lot for one thing, minimizing a windowed application from the keyboard; Alt+Spacebar then "n" for minimize is, to me, very quick. In summary, you can prevent so much that you cannot even get out of the application. Don't kikk Alt+Tab unless you must. (the techy husband of a media specialist) George W.
