periodical ordering

Dear LM_Netters:

What is your periodical ordering service of choice?  Are there some
which give a standard discount off of the list price?  The previous
librarian here used DEMCO.  There appears to be no discount given, so I
am shopping around.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Also, could someone please send me the phone number for Chinaberry
Books?  I would like to order their catalog.
