his question from the person who always helps me - so I hope someone can help
me answer her question:  "After downloading emate spreadsheet to a Powermac, I
cannot get Newton converter to translate it into a readable format.  The
documents are fine but the spreadsheet won't convert."  Thanks in advance for

Dear Colleagues:
This is a tech question on behalf of one of my staff members who
recently purchased a new computer.  The computer operates using Windows
95.  Unsure of what she did when accessing the web, she can no longer
use either of the installed browsers-IE or NETSCAPE.  We have gone over
the setup of Network and Dialup and that works just fine.  We tested it
through Hyperterminal but when either of the browsers are accessed the
hour glass just stays on the screen with no error message.  Windows 95
has been re-loaded but IE will still not work.  The version of Netscape
that she installed was 4.0.  Could that be the problem?  Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
