Lucy,  Our after schoolcare program is in the cafeteria and/or outside if weather 
permits. It is run by the local YMCA if it makes a difference. We serve breakfast 
before school in the cafeteria and we don't have a formal before care program at 
this school. There is no way that the district would hold a childcare program in 
the district libraries. We have enough trouble with the younger students trashing 
the computers during the regular school day at recess and during lunch. You have my 
sympathy.
