Clarisworks templates

Dear LM_Netters,

I hope someone can shed some light on this topic that has been driving
two of us crazy.  I have a special education teacher who wanted to put
her IEP (Individual Education Plan) form on computer.  She wants to save
it as a template so that she can type on all of the appropriate lines.
We entered it, saved it as stationary, reopened it, yeah!  We were so
happy.  Unfortunately, when she types everything shifts.  We seem to be
able to "lock" individual lines in place, but the original words still
shift.  After much time trying to get tech support from Clarisworks (no
people answer phones, and this problem doesn't fit any of their
pre-recorded troubleshooting FAQs), I am turning to you.  Thanks for any
suggestions that you can give me.  I know there must be a way to make
this work, and it's probably simple, but it's eluding us.
