Gen: Site-based management

Our school is just getting into site-based management and will be
receiving a one-time grant from the state for $7500.00. We are not sure
what to spend it on but think it should be something worthwhile and
lasting - as opposed to donuts at all of our meetings :-). If you have
been through this and have any ideas for us, please let me know. Thanks!
