These woodwork teachers who never come near the library but send students on strange assignments. Any ideas on researching the historyof the deck chair. I have found one reference with picture in Britannica to a Danish designer named Klint in 1933 but whether he was the first or merely developed the idea is not clear. An internet search brings up sites for cruises (sigh) Any ideas?
