Happy New Year, All!

We spoke earlier of starting an LM_NET Bookclub.  I'd like to kick it off
and get some suggestions from you!

Proposal:
1. Establish 3 different types of bookclubs all for adults but different
book levels: adult, young adult, and middle school level.
2. Acquire book suggestions from you by 1/23.
2a. Acquire and post email addresses to club members so that our comments
go only to members so we do not clog the net. Please let me know
which
club you wish to join and your email address by 1/23.
3. Post selections for the year by level and selection month (i.e.: list
all A books for Feb thru Dec. (11 books); post all YA books for Feb thru
Dec; post all MID etc.).
3a. Post selections to all LM_NETTERS.
3b. AGAIN, POST BOOK COMMENTS TO ONLY BOOK CLUB MEMBERS, NOT TO THE ENTIRE
NET.
4. Feb selection comments mailed in by 3/1; march comments mailed in by
4/1; etc.
5. Select books that are easily obtainable in public libraries or
bookstores. Select YA and MID books that we can use in our work; select A
books for pleasure.
6. Any other suggestions?
