Lm_live/Homer

Well, I downloaded the software and it appears to work. I seem connected to
orb.syr.edu

But when I tried to put the command
/join #LM_Chat and use the link button, it tells me "no such nick/channel"
I also see a message up in the main box "MOTD file missing....mode change
"+i"  or mode change "-i"
Any ideas of what I should do next? Is it just that no one else is there at
the time..or am I missing a setting?

To quit LM_NET (or set NOMAIL or DIGEST), Send an email message to
listserv@listserv.syr.edu In the message write EITHER
1) SIGNOFF LM_NET 2) SET LM_NET NOMAIL or 3) SET LM_NET DIGEST
