LM_NETTERS,
     First, let me get on my soapbox and plead with all of you to stamp your
library books with the name of your school library AND the address.  Every
year at the end, the beginning and at Christmas I strongly remind students
to return all of their library books.  When new students come to our school,
I ask if they've returned their library books to their school before they
left.  If they haven't, I tell them that I'll return, mail etc. the books back.
        A wonderful little student brought in 3 library books.  The only
stamp in the books I Dutton Public Schools
               District No. 28.
I don't know what state, what address.  The public library couldn't help
with an address and my internest search was fruitless.  If you know where
this school is located, or have the address, please send it to me and I'll
return these 3 books.
        Also, if you don't already put addresses in your library books now,
please do so.  I'll bet your rate of return increases when you do.
        I've even gone to stamping our library name on the edges of our
books to help differentiate library books from personal books.
