help/information screens

Several librarians in our district are working together to write text
for help and information screens within our automated catalog (we
use Innopac from IIII).  Since we have a union catalog shared by
kindergarteners and twelfth graders, our screens need to helpful to a
wide variety of users.  We are looking for anyone who has put
together a similar project.  If you can offer us ideas, suggestions,
advice, please e-mail me directly.  We're also very interested in
seeing samples of similar help and information screens.
