I work in a middle school (7-8) in a fairly conservative community. We recently recieved a large shipment of fiction which we gave to several teachers to preview. One particular comment kept coming up over and over again - "It has bad language in it, better ship it to the High School." In discussing this we began considering using labels - like parental advisory labels in the books. Well this was a thorny ethical and logistical issue so I thought I would ask you what your take was on this issue. If you have an opinion I welcome it. If you'd like me to post a hit I can do that as well.
