Tech: LM_LIVE

I am trying to connect to LM_Live I am using Windows 95 and America Online.
After I connected to AOL I tried to open MIRC and recieved the following
message:
WSOCK.32DLL file cannot start. Check the file to determine the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem is?

listserv@listserv.syr.edu In the message write EITHER
