Sec: Need survey of LMC use

2nd request -received 1 answer, any other surveys out there?

I know I have a copy of a survey that appeared in one of the professional
journals sometime ago, but can't remember how I might have saved it (the
memory is the first to go!).  If you have such a critter or can direct me to
a source I'd appreciate it.  "Media" is one of the areas up for curriculum
review this year in our district and I'd like to have my teachers (grades
7-12)evaluate our LMC.  TIA
