To all those who wrote offering their assistance on this dilemma, thank you
very much.  I checked out the sites and found nothing like what I was
looking for.  I did go to the Horn Book site and was able to order a
replica of a horn book.  I am not sure yet what type of writing it will
have on it, but the teacher has assured me that it will do fine.
Again, I regret that I have not had time to respond to each of you, but I
do thank you for your suggestions!
