Tech: Netscape Bookmarks

Hi,

I read an article in an Internet magazine about using Netscape Bookmark
file as opening web page.  We thought this might be a great tool for an
intranet and/or a resource guide on our district web page.  However,
during the mad rush of the holidays I misplaced the magazine.  Does
anyone know how to do this?
